Prostitution is a usual thing, so that place of prostitution more increase. Existence of localization as border a place which is used by sex industrial people must be prevented from children. Children at localizations environment has appeared psychologist problem for children selves. Several groups or organizations attempt to protect children from the effect of surround environment. Based on things, the problem would be discussed in this research: (1). what kind of problem would be faced by children exist in Tretes localization environment, Pecalukan Village, Prigen Sub district, Pasuruan Regency that needed protection of law? (2). How do implementation protection of law toward children exist in Tretes localization environment, Pecalukan Village, Prigen Sub district, Pasuruan Regency? (3). What does existed rule had been relevant with reality in Tretes localization environment, Pecalukan Village, Prigen Sub district, Pasuruan Regency? This research uses juridical sociologic method and data collecting technique involved observation, interview, documentation, literature study comes from children responder in Tretes localization. Then data as result of research was analyzed as descriptive qualitative. From result of research has known that problem faced by children was that they become victim of ESKA and violation. Besides, many children had been troubled in their growth. The implementation of law protection was gave by Village institution i.e. the Village management or people who has responsible in localization or resident would followed up that problem by report that event to the competent party. The conclusion was that in solving some cases of ESKA and violation and also in protecting children rights was used code suitable with problem faced by children in Tretes localization environment, Pecalukan Village.
