PT. Auto Korindo Pratama Gresik is a car velg production company, which produce based on amount requests of consumer, like Velg type F5.5 x 16 and S6.0 x 16. Problems often faced by PT Auto Korindo Pratama Gresik is that the company could not fulfill requirement of request punctually. This matter is often caused the company was only planning its production based on time and production process characteristic having the character of deterministic (constant), it caused the request cannot fufilled on schedule. Theoretically to overcome the problems, researcher try to give competent and optimal solution to be applied for company by combining linear programming method and simulation model (system of hybrid). Because the usage of linear programming method define variables and also deterministic datas (constant), it require simulation model assisting to finish the problems specially in defining variables and also probabilistic datas (varying). While the program used is Minitab Release 11, Quantitative System (QS), and also Arena simulation program 3.0. The optimal production planning result by using linear programming method for first and second scenario at zero iteration (early formulation condition) that to be input to Arena simulation model, giving improper decision. After the repairement of adjustment done at constrain formulation of machine capacities, it got competent and optimal production plan solution and also have counted defect probability (1 % from total production) for first scenario for the product velg type F 5.5 x 16 first week = 1025 units, second = 997 units, third = 1018 units, fourth = 1002 units. And for S 6.0 x 16 type first week = 678 units, second = 764 units, third = 760 units, fourth = 763 units. While for second scenario velg product F 5.5 x 16 type first week = 1004 units, second = 966 units, third = 970 units, fourth = 960 units and for S 6.0 x 16 type week first = 678 units, second = 764 units, third = 760 units, fourth = 763 units. From the production plan result concluded that first scenario is more precise because it have total value of minimum production cost that is equal to Rp 4.318.050.750,00- or more economical equal to Rp. 7.254.000,00- from second Scenario.
