Abstract

This research is empirical study with company's finance performance analysis headline before and after acquisition. Purpose of this research to know how company's finance performance by comparing company's finance performance between one years before and one years after acquisition. Monetary performance at this research measured by using liquidity ratio, activity ratio, ratio leverage and profitability ratio. While to testing hypothesis applies couple data test ( Paired Sample t-test). Sample at this research is 12 business has been acquisition between the year 2000-2004. From result of analysis known that there is no difference significant across the board financial ratios between one years before and one years after acquisition. So inferential that acquisition doesn't have an effect on in significant at monetary performance posed at with financial ratios at company acquisition. Synergy expected is not reached. This thing is possible existence of economic xenon factor to save company from bankcruptcy.
