Purpose of study from this research is to know physical and non-physical condition of work environment in production at Education and Training Center of nature oil Cepu middle of java, to know work employee productivity at Education and Training Center Cepu middle of java, to know whether physical and non-physical environment influences employee work productivity and to know the most physical and non-physical environment which influence productivity of employee work at Education and Training Center of nature oil Cepu middle of java. Research instrument used is distance scale and linear regression. Based on result calculation distance scale variable, physical environment condition rate is 91, 167 that mean condition of physical environment employee in production center include to Good Categorize. Based on result calculation distance scale variable, non-physical environment condition rate is 93 that mean condition of non-physical environment include to good categorize. Based on Mean (rata-rata) calculation distance scale variable, work productivity rate is 110, 5 that mean work productivity employee in production center at education and training center at Cepu middle of java include to High categorize. F result test simultaneously, variable physical work environment (X1) and variable non-physical environment (X2) have a significant influence to employee work productivity variable in production center. Based on regression coefficient each variable, know if physical work environment have the biggest influence to employee work productivity in production center at Education and Training Center of nature oil Cepu middle of java than non-physical environment. Based on conclusion from this research, there are some suggestions; for company to keep the condition of employee environment whether from physical and non-physical. The condition of employee environment can support operational activity of company by take care of condition around the employee that improves employee productivity. Company suggested to totally supporting the activity work by the employee. Real effort can be done by giving guarantee for cleaning place around employee.
