Abstract

Role of price and election of correct promotion media represent very important aspect in activity of marketing of service or goods. How do not, because with planning of price and election of promotion media all buyer will take decision to buy or service or goods which do not on the market by company. this Research title is " Analisis Pengaruh Harga Dan Publisitas Terhadap Volume Penjualan Pada Real Estate Bukit Cemara Tujuh Malang” Target of this research that is first to know influence of publicity and price to sale volume. Second, to know variable having dominant influence to sale volume. Usefulness of research which wish to be reached specially to company that is expected can give benefit to company in extending relation with society specially among college. Pursuant to result of solution and research which have been done by hence can be pulled by conclusion that price variable and publicity by together or by simultan have influence which is signifikan to sale volume at Hill Fir-Tree real estate Bukit Cemara Tujuh Malang and variable having dominant influence to sale volume is price variable Pursuant to conclusion from result of research, hence raised some suggestion that is expected in pricing to sell house remain to use policy is which during the time applied, the mentioned because of during the time price sell the have positive influence in effort the make-up of volume sale of house. Besides expected by company also pay attention the condition of ability of society purchasing power in pricing sell because can be used as by consideration at advantage storey;level to be obtained, so that can be reached by society also company do not experience of, Company expected to remain to to maintain of medias activity of used publicity during the time either through electronic media and also media print. Besides expected by company to be more streamline activity of activity of the publicity so that can support to the effort company in improving sale volume. To other party in this case is enthusiastic researcher hereinafter to continue this research is expected to completing him that is by using other variable which have an effect on to sale volume which for example so that the research can more expanding and extending knowledge
