Abstract

Conflict in organization / company is a matter which cannot be obviated. In one side if conflict don’t handle better conflict can break organization, but on the other side exactly will progressively mature person better if leadership in that organization can manage it. Ability of this conflict management will deliver refreshing in organization, because this conflict can be functioned as make-up the spirit of the job utilize and efficiency of efectivitas activity of company. To a company or organization, with existence of that conflict will make all side comprehend insufficiency and esteem each desire / individual which need to be respected and finished well. Therefore conflict in a company expected can be managed better by leadership in the company so that that conflict can improve the spirit or ardor of employees job and flange don’t to things pursuing the target of company. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research is entitled " Influence Of Conflict To Spirit Job Employees At CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin Province of Kalimantan South". Target of this research to know how conflict which consist of conflict between conflict and individu between group exist in CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin, to know the spirit of employees job at CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin, to know influence of conflict between conflict and individual between group to spirit of employees job at CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin, to know among conflict variable between conflict and individual between group is which strongest which have an effect on to spirit of employees job at CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin. Pursuant to result of examination and calculation, and also solution of research concerning Influence of conflict to spirit of employees job at CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin, can be pulled by the following conclusion: conflict variable which consist of conflict between conflict and individual between group have an effect on signifikan to spirit of employees job at CV Usaha Jaya Banjarmasin equal to 27,954. Conflict at CV Usaha Jaya Banjamasin can top-rat. This matter because of obtained by mean score variable of spirit job equal to 126,00 with high assessment scale, this means that work productivity, absence level and restlessness level can be managed and overcome better. Pursuant to result of test of regresi doubled linear can know that with level of signifikasi alpha equal to 5%, conflict variable (X) have influence which is signifikan to satisfaction of job (Y) that is F hitung 27,954 > 3,252. Pursuant to result of test of t got that conflict variable between individual have value of t hitung biggest than conflict variable between group that is equal to t hitung 4,866 > 2,026.
