Abstract

This research represent type research of survey with title Giving Of Compensation To Job Satisfaction Of Employees ( Study at Employees Part Of Production At Cigarette Factory of Aprivera Tulungagung ) Target of this Research is first to know giving of compensation of financial and giving compensation of non finansial at Factory employees Aprivera Tulungagung, second to know job satisfaction of employees at Cigarette Factory of Aprivera Tulungagung, third to know giving of compensation of finansial and giving of compensation of non financial have an effect on signifikan at job satisfaction of employees at Cigarette Factory of Aprivera Tulungagung, and fourthly to know which variable of compensation having an effect on stronger to job satisfaction of employees at Cigarette Factory of Aprivera Tulungagung. Analyzer which is used in this research is to know influence of signifikan between factor giving of compensation which consist of finansial ( X1) and non finansial ( X2) to job satisfaction of employees (Y) by using test of F and test of t, while to know variable is which most having an effect on which of writer use correlation of parsial. Before conducting the examination, writer have used doubled linear regresi. For a while to test kuesioner, writer use validity test and test of reliabilitas. Result of analysis span scale indicate that giving of compensation of finansial ( X1) residing at spanning scale 130 - 159 and included in category very good, giving of compensation of non finansial ( X2) residing at spanning scale 130 - 159 and included in category very good and job satisfaction of employees (Y) residing at spanning scale 100 - 129 included in high category. Result of doubled linear regresi with variable giving of compensation of finansial ( X1) and giving of compensation of non finansial ( X2) as free variable and also variable job satisfaction of as variable tied ( Y) obtained by Y = 1,160 + 0,888 X1 + 0,554 X2 with value of R2 equal to 0,414. From result of analysis test F obtained by f value Count equal to 13,090 > f value of Tables of equal to 3,25 so that Ho refused and is ha accepted meaning variable giving of compensation have an effect on signifikan to job satisfaction of employees. From result of analysis of t-test obtained by value of t calculate X1 equal to 4,056 > t of tables of equal to 2,021. For the value of t calculate X2 equal to 2,050 > t of tables of equal to 2,021.
