This research represent the case study at The Graha Cakra Hotel in Malang city. With the title "Analyse The Execution Make An Audit Of The Human Resource Referring To Assessment of Employees Performance (Case Study at The Graha Cakra Hotel in Malang East Java)". Target of this research is to obtain the picture and understanding about execution make an audit of the human resource referring to assessment of employees performance at The Graha Cakra Hotel in Malang East Java, and to evaluate the execution make an audit of the human resource referring to assessment of employees performance at The Graha Cakra Hotel in Malang East Java. In this research, writer use the technique analyse qualitative with the descriptive approach. To answer the first problem formula, writer use the descriptive analysis method, that is explaining or depicting about execution make an audit of the human resource conducted by The Graha Cakra Hotel. While to answer the second problem formula, writer analyse and evaluate the execution make an audit of the human resource conducted by The Graha Cakra Hotel of the year 2006-2007; and also analyse the result data of assessment of employees performance part of operational specially service of the year 2006-2007. Result of analysis able to be concluded is execution make an audit of the human resource executed by The Graha Cakra Hotel have effective pursuant to follow-up make an audit of its human resource and improvement of average value of employees part of operational specially service of equal to 2,1 poin and also the improvement of room dwelling storey of equal to 7,33% in the year 2006-2007. Its audit execution cover the steps and phase which is there are in theory. Follow-Up after execution make an audit of to cover; the increase employ, promotion, demosi, and riffed from its work. The Graha Cakra Hotel even also have conducted the documentation in the form of program list make an audit, check list, audit report, and summary of audit result, although still less effective. Caused by several things which is not mentioned like; information background, wide of inspection, examiner opinion, etc. Herewith, The Graha Cakra Hotel better to improve the understanding about operational audit specially make an audit of the human resource to get more optimal benefit, and repair or evaluate to return the documentation format in order to become complete and clearer, such as those which have been proposed at Enclosure 7 to Enclosure 10.
