PT. Petrokimia Gresik, representing one of the take careing productive in the field of manure which is have type to of Continues which producing continually. During the time in determining planning of requirement of needed raw material only pursuant to at past histories, so that earn happened heaping of raw material in bond. Hence required by correct production plan so that on order raw material in moderation. In research of this Final Duty apply an method Planning of Inventory Control Of Raw Material to determine time and amount ordering of Raw Material with lot technique of size Fixed Period Requirement ( FPR), Fixed Order Quantity ( FOQ) and Lot For Lot ( LFL) to degrade the expense of supply. Result of planning of ordering of Raw Material of Phosphate Rock wrongly this one proposal method namely Fixed Period of Requirement ( FPR) by using Microsoft Excel, will be compared to planning of ordering of raw material before using proposal method that is Reorder Level ( ROL). From result of data processing by using Fixed Period Requirement, got by expense keep Rp. 3.361.305 and expense of message of Rp. 3.480.431,07. While result of calculation with model of ROL which have been specified by company, got by expense keep Rp. 22.733.250 and expense of message of Rp. 23.623.057,41. Hence best method is Fixed Period Requirement with cost-saving keep Rp. 19.371.945 or equal to 74,24 % and expense of message of Rp. 20.142.626,34 or equal to 74,32 %. Later;Then by using proposal method namely Fixed Period Requirement ( FPR), Fixed Order Quantity ( FOQ) and Lot For Lot ( LFL) will be compared to to get the expense of smallest supply. Of data processing, expense of smallest supply got with Lot technique Lot For Lot with value of Rp. 30.467.899,81 for Sour product of Phosphate, more economical 65,67% from FOQ and 65,01% from FPR. Fertilize Ammonioum Sulphate ( ZA) II Rp. 8.762.762,58, more economical 70,93% from FOQ and 70,53% from FPR.
