Abstract

Performance measurement is the one of measured that it done to all activity in the company. This result is use as feed back and it will give information about planning implementation achievment and as point where the company needs to make adaptations from planning and control activity. This research was done in PT Kemajuan Industrindo, that is the company that produce agriculture and metal equipment. This research has purpose to stake out worked measuring system supply chain just for internal company and to measure about that supply chain working Key Performance Indicator (KPI) identification is gotten by Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) frame work and it is gotten by Supply Chain Council (SCC). Measuring phase is to explain each attribut of Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Then the worked measuring at aech Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be done. Scoring system use Snorm De bOer as normally procces then it will be continue with doing analysis and use traffic light system to know working reach out by four colour ( dark green, light green, yellow, and red). This performance measuring based on five procces of supply chain base management, those are paln, source, make, deliver, and return, so it produce 17 indicator based on Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). By used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it will be gotten the quality of each perspektive that is Plan ( 0,281 ), Make ( 0,237 ), Source (0,229 ), Return ( 0,141 ), dan Deliver ( 0,111 ). And the result from performance measuring are two KPI that we have to remember, those are Production failure in production process dan Number of customer complain.
