Facing international competition along the developed economic zone and free market, paradigm changing in viewing consumer’s need by focusing on tighter competence matrix was the easiest way to defend the company’s performance, whether in small scale, medium scale, and large scale. Batik Entrepreneur at every region had some trouble in making protection by made patent of Batik’s motives. According above background, the research tried to reveal how the Batik entrepreneurs strategy in facing global era and what kind of odds they faced in increasing their company. This research aimed to find out the strategy that would be used by Batik entrepreneurs facing the tighter business challenge and how to built relation in company development, also to find out the odds that faced by Batik entrepreneurs when entering global market, since the global market was un-avoided phenomena. The research used was descriptive or called by taxonomic research, which was meant for exploration or clarification of a phenomena or social reality, by describing some variables related with researched unit. Location was on Kalangbret Village, Kauman Sub-district, Tulungagung Residence, East Java. In this research, the subject were Batik entrepreneurs in Tulungagung. Since the objects were only ten entrepreneurs, all the subjects became sampling to answer the problems stated. Data collection technique, open observation, free interview, documentation, data was taken since 2005-2007. The research uncovered the strategy of Batik’s entrepreneurs from Tulungagung in progressing their company so that they could compete in global era, which formulated into two strategies, they were : Tulungagung Batik’s Enterpreneurs in developing their companies. The development of human resources by developing their employee’s skill and preparing their employees to be more competence and productive as the primary sources in facing global ela. The strategies applied outside the company were increasing Batik quality so that they could be accepted by the people by creating new models and motives as the trend development. The odds faced by Tulungagung Batik’s Entrepreneurs was capital. The capital wasn’t enough for further production so that they couldn’t be developed. The other odds was the un-prepare Batik’s entrepreneur in entering global era. This factor was caused by capital as stated above.
