The exploitation of Porong hot-muds have attracted many actors to participate in management and usage it. This research try to assess the alternative of usage this muds, specially used for material building, namely brick of expose. In this research besides exploiting mud of Porong but also rice husk ash (RHA), can improve the quality of brick, because more and more silica compound discharge at combustion process hence can unite other compound which not yet melted, so that enable as perfect as brick yard process. Examination which is cover examination of brick characteristic, strong depress and also absorpsion irrigate at brick. used mud equal to 50%, While at clay 25% until 45% and ash lock up from 5% until 25%. Each examination to each;every proportion use 5 test object. Result of research known that from overall of brick mixture variation of expose have surface of area flatten and from other side smooth him, its flank of elbow but don’t sharply, inner surface is not hollow and also contain sand have stone. Brick dimension 20,4 x 10,4 x 5,6 cm, namely have footage, thick and smaller wide bigger than standard. Strong depress maximum brick got at mixture 50%:45%:5% equal to 107,326 cm2, classified by brick quality of level of I, pursuant to regulation of NI-10. Exploiting of mud of porong upon which making of brick of expose equal to 50% can yield strong brick depress quality of level of I with given by mixture between 5 - 15% ash lock up and also 35 - 45% clay. Examination of absorption irrigate brick from all its value mixture variation of less than 20%, so that at the time of installation, brick don’t be needed in water before particularly.
