This Research represent case study with title "The Effectiveness Analysis of Distributing Credit UMK in PT. BPR Sumber Dhana Makmur". BPR move in the fund collecting field from society and distributing fund return to society in the form of loan / credit, specially for small micro exertion. The objective of this research is to know and analyze growth of giving credit and distributing credit of UNK in BPR whether running effectively. This research represent quantitative descriptive research using secondary data. Data type 'in this research was data time series that to be collected on the year 20032006 representing annual data. The analyzer used trend analysis with smallest square method (Least Square Method), Descriptive Analysis 5C, main analysis / credit principle include liquidity (LDR), solvability / capital (CAR) and profitability (ROA and ROE) and also analysis NPL. Base on first goal, result of trend analysis indicate growth of giving credit given in this BPR on the year 2003 2006, increase every year. A number average of given credit 12,6% per year. While to amount of problem credit has average 5,09% per year. That matter indicate that along increasing a number given credit because more and more total of resident mean more and more requirement to produce because of demand for consume goods / service also more and more, so that they need capital addition by credit loan at bank. Amount of credit having problem increase because of installment delay in payment / credit installment by some debtor, both of intended or not intended like price after increasing of BBM. The analysis calculation result of distributing effectiveness of credit UMK at BPR Sumber Dhana Makmur, namely average of LDR indicate 100,76% which is still clear, per annum cash ratio going up, average of CAR 28,79% fulfilling standard of BI, CAR Minimum,~~ 8%, average of ROA and ROE 2,11% and 8,05% mean that is not fulfill standard of BI, average of NIM 24,11%, average of NPL 5,1% if compared with average of fluent credit 94,89%, hence credit of UMK which is distributed is effective because by credit giving system of easy, credit able to increase fluency and effort all debtor in returning their loan as according to returning time which have been agreed together. Base on result of analysis, researcher can give suggestion as follows: because of limited source of fund for defrayal UMK in BPR, hence it can follow linkage program or partnership activity or cooperation between BPR with some public bank and also bank party specially account officer shall be more pay attention their credit analysis (5Q, have to look for information as complete as at debtor candidate to decrease credit risk that is possibility happened
