Abstract

Target of this research is to know influence which signifikan of quality of service covering physical evidence variable, mainstay, energy listen carefully, attention and guarantee, and also to know the quality of service covering physical evidence variable, mainstay, energy listen carefully, and guarantee owning dominant influence to satisfaction of patient at home Pain Baptize Stone. Type Research research of survey, taking sampel from one population and use kuesioner as fundamental data collecting. Execution of research in Stone town precisely at home Pain Baptist which located in Roadway of Tlekung No. 1 Stone with its amount of him counted 100 responder people. its Method data collecting is done by using kuesioner, documentation, and interview, later;then data analysed with method analyse doubled linear regresi to know influence among free variable is quality of service to variable tied satisfaction of cutomer. Result of this research indicate that there are influence which is signifikan among quality of service to satisfaction of patient of RS Baptize Stone where f value count equal to ( 96,082) and value of P=0,000. Its Meaning of hypothesis in this proven research and accepted. Whereas result of examination of correlation in obtaining correlation value equal to 0,911 . its meaning that the correlation coefficient enough strength. Effective contribution of variable of[is quality of service obtained by coefficient value of determinasi ( R ) equal to its 0,836 meaning [of] ability of equation of regresi in memprediksi assess variable tied [is] 83,6 %. Coefficient value of determinasi equal to 83,6 % including enough strength, hence free variable determine variable tied equal to 83,6%. Thereby that variable of quality of service have contribution of signifikan to variable satisfaction of patient of RS Baptize Stone equal to 83,6 %. The rest 16,4 % explained by other variable which [do] not be packed into equation model Whereas from result of examination of test of t to see most dominant variable influence variable satisfaction of patient known that value test t [at] guarantee indicator ( X4) have value of t biggest ( 5,461, P=0,000) its meaning that this guarantee variable represent most dominant variable in influencing satisfaction of patient.
