Abstract

Emulation of business in this time represent a challenge which must face by impetous company or organisation to be more in giving support, motivation and motivation to elements exist in company for creation a situation of job which is discipline, balmy and peaceful so that will be created by job satisfaction. Intrinsically employees represent human resource which is very have an effect on and play important role to progress of company or organisation therefore better treat employees as human being having mind, minded and also feeling, not merely as mechanic obyek, material and money which passive in character and is can master and also arranged fully in tired supporting of goals of company. In general employees will motivated and enthusiastic work if aspects in its work like position, job motivation, compensation, condition of job environment, head attitude to subordinate, social security and safety guarantee work as according to employees expectation. Formula research internal issue is follows: 1) how compensation, job motivation, position and job satisfaction of employees in KUD Tani Wilis District Of Sendang Sub-Province of Tulungagung? 2) how influence of compensation, job motivation and position to job satisfaction of employees? Intention of this research is: 1) description factors compensation, job motivation, position and job satisfaction of employees in KUD Tani Wilis District Of Sendang Sub-Province of Tulungagung 2) analysing influence of compensation, job motivation and position to job satisfaction of employees. Hypothesis in this research is anticipated there is influence between compensation, job motivation and position to job satisfaction of employees. This research is executed on 6 - 25 November 2006, this research place done intentionally (purposive) that is at KUD Tani Wilis District Of Sendang Sub-Province of Tulungagung, with consideration that: the KUD have multifarious kinds of area is effort, and have the amount of employees which many with various position and also KUD Tani Wilis this as sample for the member of Aliance Co-Operation Milk Indonesia (GKSI) Sub-Province of Tulungagung East Java. Method intake of responder in this research is census, that is all employees a number of 71 people made by responder. Data collecting obtained from interview and quesionerais. Method analyse data weared in this research is: 1. descriptive analysis that is descriptive analysis by presenting the tables of frequency 2. mathematical model that is determining mathematical model which relied on framework think to use SEM with Path Diagram, used indicator variable have the character of data of ordinal variable and of latent which is used in this research is compensation (X1), job motivation (X2), position (X3) and job satisfaction (Y). From result of research obtained by result of that from all variable of latent free related to variable of latent tied, can know that variable of latent compensation with variable of latent job satisfaction is signifikan. Its correlation coefficient equal to 0,72, this correlation have strong correlation category, its meaning that excelsior mount compensation variable correlation coefficient mean excelsior also mount satisfaction of its job. Therefore, if management of KUD Tani Wilis this wish to improve job satisfaction of employees hence step which must be done by is to improve or add compensation forms (for example: geting a raise, add subsidy and add insurance type). From result of test of t can know by that any indicator variable related to variable of latent (compensation, job motivation, position and job satisfaction showing result of which is signifikan, except to indicator variable of X3.2 (career ladder) to variable of latent position. At picture (output result of computer analysis) will seen to ruddle or if reconciled with ttable = 5%; df=98) its result -1,23 smaller than ttable that is 1,67, meaning that indicator variable of X3.2 (career ladder) this can be told not such a indicator variable of variable of latent position.
