In this final project is planned and made the equipment to measure the object of declivity toward the land which practically and accuratelly, to help easing in the building architceture. The methode that is used to do the measurement based on the principals waterpass by using the water characteristic, and also based on the principals of gravity energy that appropriate with newton universal rule that applicated in ballast by using potentiometer as detector to change the resistance number that also cause yhe change of the voltage number. The result of the voltage number in analog form is change in digital form by ADC 4051. Then by using microcontroller AT89C51 in making the data and doing arithmatic operation, so the number of the voltage will be compared with the angel score ( degree ), next it is accounted to be the big number of object angel it self and performed in the LCD. From the measurement result by using the equipment that have already made, the big of object angle is 0 0 until 90 0. The measurement result of the object declivity near close with linier.
