Abstract

Discipline is as an attitude, behavior and act in accordance with the regulations of the company, both written and unwritten. Professional model is a continuous work with the understanding that the first job would take him to pekejaan second, third, and so on. Such achievements can only be achieved if the model has a perfect kereja professionalism. This study aims to determine the factors that cause low levels of discipline on members of the amour model agency model. The research method is qualitative, as the procedures used to obtain data by way of observing the settings in the form of speech and behavior through writing obtained from the subject so, then can do the proper interpretation. While the data collection method using wawncara, documentation and observation. From this research we can conclude that the two subjects experiencing low levels of discipline in carrying out this profession. The low level of discipline is always they experience each exercise, this is influenced by many factors, including lack of motivation, education and training who served less than the maximum, leadership that is less friendly, well-being of the less satisfied both external and the internal discipline and punishment that are less established but the more influence is less completeness factor devices supporting RM and FS in the model profession in amour model.
