In daily life often hear, see and be witness the behavior of children and adolescents who do not comply with the applicable morality in society. For example, tawuran, rape, and others. Family in educating children get a position that is very central and important. Not only in the home but outside the home. But homeschooling as keperhatinan exist to educate children to learn at home. This study aims to find out some problems in the research focus of which is, to know what is the homeschooling, find out the causes of the growth of homeschooling in the city of Malang, knows the pattern of education Budi Pekerti on homeschooling organization in the city of Malang, find out factors that hindered the implementation of the support and moral character education homeschooling in the organization in the city of Malang The design and approach taken in this research is the design of the type of descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques with the form of interviews, observation, literature, documentation and research conducted .. Location in Mother Mustika Diyah and school play. Technical checks data using techniques Triangulasi.Analisis data starting from menela'ah all data from various sources, and the reduction of data, checking the validity of data, interpretation of data to be substantive theory by using the method tertentu.Tahap-stage research started from the stage of preparation, implementation, and the report. As the end of the college preparation author gives the conclusion that the homeschooling community in the city of Malang, namely the Community Schools and Communities play Homeschooling Tunggal. The reason for so parents decided to menghomschoolingkan children whom they want to restore the position of parents as educators, the real, homeschooling can provide educational value of moral character can shape the behavior of both children. Method used to shape behavior, ahklak moral character and values in the homeschooler made with the pattern of homeschooling parents and instructors as well as methods of learning kontekstual.Dan obstacle factors in the formation of the value of moral character is the lack of knowledge about children's moral character education, and family factors lingkunga. The factor is supporting the role of parents and homeschooler who educate children with patience.
