Abstract

The real-time tracking monitoring system on golf car based on android applications is used to monitor the position of golf car in the campus III environment of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in real time. The real-time tracking system uses a microcontroller with Node MCU ESP8266 and Neo 8M GPS then connected to Firebase so that the location of the golf car is detected at any time and integrated into the android application as monitoring the position of the golf car. To determine network quality in the system, the QoS (Quality of Service) method is applied as a network test with Throughput and Jitter parameters, for QoS analysis data retrieval using Wireshark software. The results of testing the system's GPS Tracking functionality have successfully detected latitude and longitude position coordinates and sent them to the Firebase database. Then for the results of QoS analysis on the system network, the Throughput value is 22Kbps or 22% and the Jitter value is 106.339 ms was obtained.
