Abstract

Stepup foots up investor after year 2004 at Kendari City, apparently can increase City society welfare Kendari. The top natural resources and proprietary layout by Kendari City, and acquired IMB amenity investor becomes one of factor which necessary for investors to imbed its investment at Kendari City. Therefore required by communication effort hits policy, and government strategy for conspicuous investor which did by a part government of Kendari Information and Communication. Most composes good relationship it among information and communication Kendari City by sides media can create publicity, one that has done passes through relations media, utilized create good public opinion to its external, one of it namely investor. It is fascinating by researcher to do research about how Role of relations media in noises about investor. This research used the qualitative research method, point on Miles analysis and Huberman which is performed direct at together field by undertaking data reduction, data representation, and verification, then enlightened by ala descriptive to hit relations media one that interlaced by invormation and communication of Kendari City, and activity implementation relations media , concerning how Information and communication performance, so can answer research question. The data collecting tech that doing to pass through interview, observation, and documentation. The Informant elected by purposive sampling, namely passes through various judgment and particular criterion. There is tech even data authenticity that is utilized is trianggulasi source. Observational result on sectioned information and communication Kendari City points out that activity relations media one that doing to constitute one of publicity effort to reach much its external. As good is partnership relationship that interlaced by mass media party becomes to refuse information and communication success at Kendari City in carries on one of task and its function in governance, namely give maximal information to much society, maximal publicity, and can create good public opinion too, so the society, in this case investor interests and want to imbed its investment at Kendari City. Role relations media can increase total investor that wants to imbed its investment at Kendari City.
