Abstract

This research is one of descriptive research at CV. Indah Cemerlang located in Singosari, under the title of Efficiency and Effectiveness Analysis of Handling Material Tool Utilization at CV. Indah Cemerlang, Singosari. The purpose of this research is to know the efficiency and effectiveness level of handling material tool utilization in CV. Indah Cemerlang that will seek its efficiency and effectiveness level on each division in production process. The used analisis tool is 2 variables analysis that is by comparing input (total capacity of carry power of handling material tools) and output (the shifted material total). Research result shows that paving stone production has average efficiency level of 37.09%, the shifting is efficient enough. It is based on the used parameter tool to measure handling material success on the range 20% to 40% is less efficient. The effectiveness level of handling material tool is effective enough, where its level is 55.74%. On the floor tile has 46.56% mean efficiency level. The shifting is efficient enough. It is based on the used parameter tool to measure handling material success on the range 40% to 60% is efficient enough. While, its effectiveness level is effective, where its effective level is 69.93%. Based on the data analysis above, hence it can be concluded that average total of handling material tool utilization in CV. Indah Cemerlang has enough efficient level on efficiency level and effective level on effectiveness level.
