Fact of duty burden which very heavily and its amount which many whereas amount of officer of Satpol PP only counted 81 people and also problems of dilematis faced Satpol-PP in running its duty, causing to born him of stres work among officer of Satpol-PP and also added again with various problem of arising out operational in field like happened resistance, oposition and even fight and also scorn from arranged in order citizen. Stress work is feeling depress natural by officer in face of work, where someone given on to confrontation between opportunity, resistance and also request will what superior and him wish however its result less is gratifying. In general stress can arising from environmental factors, factors of organisasional, and individual factors. However, in fact can be controlled through to minimize and control the source of stress, neutralizing generated by impact stres and improve personal endurance. While peculiarly stres related to constraint, preventing someone from doing what very wanted, and demand, what relate loss of something that very is wanted. Job Stres officer can know to through analysis to marking and symptom of stres, namely physiological symptom, psychological symptom, and behavioral symptom. Influence incidence of job stress officer there is two, that is positive influence able to improve impetus or spirit and also add self-motivation, and negative influence able to destroy and potentially very dangerous. Pursuant to dimiciling, there is difference between Satpol PP with Police. Satpol PP is element supporter of Local Governance in carrying out conservancy of quietness and orderliness of society and also the straightening of By Law through Secretary Area. While Police have function of straightening of law, construction of strength of Police and also society potency in order to security and orderliness of society which together strength of other social shoulder responsibility and duty protect and national development success and improve prosperity of nation. This research represent quantitative descriptive. Sampling technique the used is census, with scale instrument of job stress. To determine high and is low of him of job stress at research use skor-T, with formula : Skor-T = 50 + 10 . With the formula known that from 81 one who is made sampel, most officer have job stres categorize is middle, that is counted 55 subyek (68%). Officer owning high category job stres counted 14 subyek (17 %), while which including low category counted 12 subyek (15 %). Becoming, category mount job stres officer at Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja of Mojokerto City is middle. And if seen from symptom which enough have an effect on, is physiological symptom / physical.
