This writing aimed to find out: (1) finding out implementation of learning by using ARIAS motivation strategy which oriented into Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative model. (2) finding out ARIAS motivation strategy to the ability of students’ mathematic communication ability used Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning; (3) finding out ARIAS motivation strategy to the math learning completeness of students by using Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model. (4) finding out the students’ responses after the application of Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model. The research used qualitative approach and research type done was descriptive research. As data source, there chose students at grade VII-A SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Junior High School of Batu year 2010/2011 consisted of 30 students. The research was done in September 2010 which was done for 4 times by 3 times meeting and 1 final test with polling. Analyzed research showed that students’ mathematic communication ability in oral could be categorized well with 70,26% percentage. While written students’ communication ability could be categorized well with percentage 85.6%. Students’ completeness in classical reached 83.3% which was showed that students’ completeness in grade VII-A had fulfilled SKBM (Minimum Study Completeness Standard) that was > 75%. From polling, there were 3 kind polls, they were motivation poll, intention poll, and learning model poll which were analyzed. In motivation poll there found average 56,53 with high category, in intention poll, there found average 70.2 with high category, and in learning model poll, there found average 29 with high category. So that could be concluded that students’ respond to ARIAS strategy with Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model got high responses.
