In a proposed project, there should be a feasibility study which aims to study the proposal from all sides in a professional, for once accepted and implemented to achieve results as planned. With the feasibility study, finally can be estimated that there are advantages and benefits of the project? Eligible project is built? How big will the level of risk borne by investors in the event of unwanted things? In this study the completeness of the data needed for the process is done right and beneficial. To find the total investment required in the construction of this project, calculated in advance and Cost Analysis Budget Plan (RAB), followed by financial analysis to determine the level of feasibility. Financial analysis is used to test the feasibility of covering, Analysis of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Sensitivity Analysis. To support the analytical work is also added to the analysis of Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Based on a calculation of the budget plan and the overall cost of the project investment of Rp. 8,405,368,000,00. With reference to the interest rate of 12% per year. Thus obtained value of anallisa BCR in normal conditions for 1024 and to 12.69%, so the project IRR is still feasible. While the sensitivity analysis, Development Project II is still worth a rental public housing is done in a normal condition, but its investment is sensitive to changes in investment fluctuations that occur.
