Bank Central Asia, Wlingi-Blitar is one of the most faithfull Bank as seen by many people of Blitar. Along bussy hours, the BCA costumer often wait in queue for long time. It is because of no balance between service facility and the amount of costumer comming. This causes long queue and waiting time. From the above problem, the Writer is trying to use the approuch theory of queue to answer the above problem. In todays economic condition, best service is the main thing to keep the amount of costumer. The data need in this account, is amount of the costumer comming/ arrival and time of service. The approuch of the queue mode used is “Multi Channel Single Phase”, which the amount of arrival will Exponencially distributes to the “First Come First Service” service discipline. Based on the measurement with the theory above, the result before that used 3 tellers of service, is 3,24minutes on the average waiting time in queue, with the total cost Rp 60.777,17 per hour. The result after, is optimum facility amount of 4 service tellers, with the average of costumer waiting time in queue is 0, 538 minute, to be served with the total cost Rp 52.438,34 per hour. So, the efficiency gained is Rp 8.338,83 per hour or Rp 16. 106.553,6 per year.
