Abstract

This research do to know there is any abnormal return and difference of abnormal return and trade volume activity around the announcement date of right issue. The sample was take from company that do right issue and registered as member in Indonesia Stock Exchange as long as 2004-2007. The method that do in this research use analysis device of different tesr paired sample t-test. The result of research indicate there is nothing any abnormal return and trade volume avtivity on a significant around the announcement date of right issue.
