Abstract

Accountancy Education must produce professional accountants along with the need progression on accountancy services in the future. Accountancy college, which do not producing a professional accountant, won't be sell well in work world. Currently, Economy scholar of accountancy major both from State University and private university is recommended to follow an Accountancy Profession Education (PPAK) because it gives contribution on students' to be a professional accountant. It can be said that an institution will have a great impact on one's career progression. There is some easiness in accountant career because it seems affecting students' interest to idin in Accountancy Profession Education. It is because students' have perception that the higher career is very important to achieve a better position. The purpose of this research is to know the factors affecting perception of S 1 Accountancy Students of some universities in Malang on Accountancy Profession Education (PPAK) and to know the Accountancy Students's perception on it. Statistical Method can be used to assist in examining factor model that formed on the basis of inter variable correlation. The test that often used in analyzing factor is KMO (Keser-Mayer Olkin) or Bartlerr's Test. This test is on the basis of identity matrix. In this matrix, all matrix diagonals are one, while its off diagonal is zero. The research result shows that the affected factors on accountancy student's perception to Education Profession of Accountancy are accountant title (quality of accountant candidate, work in accountancy field, choice in making career and competing in work world), PPAK supporter instrument (the completeness of learning instrument, PPA.K facilities), relevance of PPAK with work world (the benefit of Accountancy Profession Education and its relevance). Students' perception on Accountancy Profession Education viewed from accountant title, PPAK supporter instrument and PPAK relevance with work world have positive perception.
