This research is qualitative research at CV. Rozidar Jaya Malang with a title “Analisis Total Quality Manegement at CV. Rozidar Jaya Malang”. Kind of this research is descriptive qualitative with primer and secular data. The purpose of it is to know the implementation of Total Quality Management at CV. Rozidar Jaya Malang that suitablle with 10 concept of TQM. The analyze tools used for this research is the uses of qualitative data of analyze technique, all of data that got since doing research will be collected, identified and interpretive into those data. The result of this research is the implementation of 10 concepts that applied in CV. Rozidar Jaya Malang. For this research, it can be concluded that the satisfaction of the customer reach out 84% very satisfaction, the obsession of the quality reach out 77% very satisfaction, scientific approach reach out 47% very satisfaction and 31% satisfaction, long phase commitment reach out 41% satisfaction and 18% very satisfaction, team work 82% very satisfaction, continually of system reparation 61% very satisfaction, research and education 54% satisfaction, restrained of freedom 41% very satisfaction, the unity of purpose 87% very satisfaction, involving and employer resources 87% very satisfaction.
