In pengunaan of chemical Drug perhaps a lot of his negative effect. crop of Clove have a lot of content of chemistry having the character of as antimikroba among other things tannin, flavonid and eugenol. This research aim to to know influence of filtrat of clove leaf (Syzygium Aromaticum) to kelulushidupan of carp fish (Osphronemus Gourami) what infection of bacteri Aeromonas hydrophilla. And also Know concentration of filtrat of clove leaf (Syzygium Aromaticum) what is best for kelulushidupan of carp fish (Osphronemus Gourami) what infection of bacterium of Aeromonas hydrophilla. Parameter used in this research is kelulushidupan from fish of carp which infection of bacterium have Areomonas Hydrophilla is hereinafter dosed with by do filtrat of clove leaf. type of this Research [is] by using RAL, consisted of by each 5 times the restating by 6 is treatment that is 0%, 0.5 %, 1.5%, 2.5%, 3.5% and 4.5%. This research is executed in Balai Induk Udang Galah Pandaan. From date 6 August until 27 August 2007. Result of research indicate that there is influence of gift of filtrat of clove leaf (Syzygium Aromaticum) to kelulushidupan of carp fish (Osphronemus Gourami) what infection of bacteri Aeromonas hydrophilla. From result analyse Test Duncan' that treatment of D with concentration (2.5%) giving highest kelulushidupan with average value 92 %. Treatment of B with concentration (0.5%) giving kelulushidupan which terendah with average value 54%.dan Treatment of A with concentration (0%) or the control do not give kelulushidupan is at all altogether die. Inferential thereby that with concentration 2.5% gift of filtrat of clove leaf (Syzygium Aromaticum L) have effective for kelulushidupan of carp fish (Osphronemus Gourami) what infection of bacterium Aeromonas hydrophilla.

Abstract

Mosquito Aedes aegyti bothers man with its(the bite, also is biological vector from some disease like: Dengue Dengue (DBD), Fillariasis (Brugia malayi and Wuchereria bancrofti ), Yellow fever, and Eastern Equine Enchephalomyelitis. Operation of the vector is the existing still less effective. This thing because of existence of resistance from population Aedes aegypti to insecticide. Chemical content from clove leaf filtrate (Eugenia Aromat ica) dry is estimated to has larvacide activity. This research aim to know larvacide effect from clove leaf filtrate (Eugenia Aromatica) ran dry to larva Aedes aegypti which is research of eksperimental is really using method The Post test Only Control Group Design. Sample applied is 20 larva tails Aedes aegypti stadium 3 and 4. free Varibel in this research is gift dose (concentration) clove leaf filtrate in so many concentration that is 0 (control), 0,075 gr/lt, 0,100 gr/lt, 0,125 gr/lt, 0,150 gr/lt, 0,175 gr/lt, 0,200 gr/lt. Dependent variables in research is larva mortality Aedes aegypti that is number showing number of larvas Aedes aegypti which is dead in so many concentration. Research planning applied is Completely randomized design (RAL) with 7 treatment and 3 times restating. Data gotten then is analysed applies one way anava. Result of variant analysis indicates that Fhit > Ftab at level signifikansi (5%) means shows there are difference of real influence at giving of concentration of clove leaf filtrate (Eugenia Aromatica) dry to death amounts of mosquito larva Aedes aegypti. Treatment that is most efficient to mortality Aedes aegypti is at concentration of 0,200 gr/lt with average of mortality 100 gr/lt. Based on the result inferential that chemical content at clove leaf filtrate (Eugenia Aromatica) has larvacide effect to larva Aedes aegypti, and at concentration of 0,200 gr/lt clove leaf filtrate has serve the purpose of way of alternative of kill mosquito larva Aedes aegypti, causing can be exploited widely by public.
