PG Kebon Agung is one of unit effort processing of sugar cane become sugar. Pursuant to data input-output produce PG Kebon Agung in the year 2001-2005, mount productivity of last to company in the year experience of degradation equal to 0,9 % from previous year. While waste yielded by according to report of result analysis PG Kebon Agung there are vitamin of chemistry having value of deviation from permanent standart quality of waste (as according to Decree of Gebernur of East Java No. 45 Year 2002 About Permanent Quality Of Waste For Other Business Activity or Industry in East Java). In this case, researcher try to know how environmental performance and productivity level of the company paid attention toly of environmental sociability aspect to production process that happened in the company. Measurement of this environmental performance and Productivity conducted by using method of Green Productivity ( GP) that is an approach which can assist company to increase the productivity at one blow degrade environmental impact. From data processing result, there are some chemical Iihat vitamin in waste having deviation value for example oil rate equal to 90,38% with index EPI 2,98, CO equal to 98,94%, with index EPI 3,52, and rate SO2 equal to 99,44% with index EPI 4,06% what almost until 100%. This matter indicate that third the chemical vitamin own level of high danger for human being and environment. Factors having an effect on to environmental performance and productivity of steaming kettle performance and the settlement of disposal. To overcome the problem, hence needed by a repair alternative by using method Green Productivity ( GP) of pursuant to highest Benefit-Cost Ratio value. Repair Alternative proposed by install Heat Exchanger and DAF ( Dissoveled Irrigate Floatation). From result estimate contribution, the chosen alternative can give improvement which signifikan namely make an index to productivity of steaming kettle equal to 103,64 % better than condition early and for an index to productivity of waste of oil equal to 104,18 % better than condition early, where happened by degradation of rate of CO equal to 0,19 and rate of oil and fat equal to 0,17.
