Measurement of satisfaction represent important element in providing better service, more efficient, and more effective. Satisfaction of customer is an situation where desire, expectation, and need of cutomer fufilled. service assessed to gratify if/when he earn to fulfill requirement and expectation its him. Intention of this research is to measure level satisfaction of men consumer and woman shop at Selfservice dance. Hence for known mount felt satisfaction the each group of doing research concerning satisfaction of men customer and woman. Calculation of tables of contingensi. Obtained that men consumer more lick lips with given facility variable Mentari Swalayan. While woman consumer more lick lips with location variable Selfservice. And in the reality both tending to dissatisfy with price varibel specified by Mentari Swalayan. Pursuant to diagram of kartisius obtained that in the reality men consumer more lick lips comparing Woman consumer. With percentage of mean mount felt [by] satisfaction is men consumer equal to (43.43%) woman consumer while equal to (42.33%).
