Keywords: Conflict, Job Performance This research is a study conducted on rice milling company PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi, entitled "EFFECTS OF CONFLICT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES WORKING AT. SARI TANI BANYUWANGI. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of conflict between individuals and groups who happen to employees and the drying section pengopenan PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi, to know the level of employee performance and drying pengopenan section and to determine whether the conflict between individuals and groups have a significant effect on employee performance and drying sections pengopenan at. SARI TANI Banyuwangi The analytical tool used to study the effect of conflict between individuals and groups of employees' performance in PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi Scale analysis is a tool, while to study the effect of conflict between groups and individuals on work performance of employees used multiple linear regression analysis tool. Scale analysis results show that the conflict between individuals in the PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi high rating on a scale with scores of 149 and to variable inter-group conflict is at a high rating scale has a value which is obtained by an average of 142. As for the employees' performance is highly valued by obtaining an average total score of 148. From calculations using multiple linear regression analysis Conflicts in rice milling company PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi obtained equation Y = 1.246 + 0.248 X1 + 0.402 X2 + e, while for testing the hypothesis (F) to determine the effect of conflict on rice milling company PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi is the result of testing simultaneously calculated F value of 29.987 while the F table at 3, 15 at 95% confidence level, therefore F count> F table Ho is rejected, then the conflict variables simultaneously significant effect on employee performance PT. SARI TANI Banyuwangi.demikian well as partially obtained by testing the value of 2.616 for the Conflict between individuals and 4.000 for Konfik between groups. Based on the above conclusions, the writer implies that management must maintain the conflict until the achievement of organizational goals. So support the innovation and creativity of our employees to always be active in the organization (not passive) but it also needs to be monitored not to the conflict to cause hostility between employees (antagonism).
