Abstract

Aedes sp is one the main vector of Dengue Hemorhagic Fever (DHF) to generate of extra ordinary occurrence. Controlling this vector by sintetic insecticides is one of the efforts to eliminate these diseases, however new problem have been occurred because of the vector resistance and the human toxicity, to lessen impact usage of sintetis insektisida choice alternative use natural insektisida which come from plant. Srikaya (Annona squamosa) leaf can be used as choice alternative because of containing Alkaloid ananoin compound that can be used of natural larvacida. The aim of the research was to know the effect 2 and LC50 of srikaya leaf decoction to Aedes sp larvae. The methods of research was experimental research and postest only control group design. Samples used in this research were third and fourth stadium Aedes sp larvae and the concentration srikaya leaf decocotion were : 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 0% ( control ). The result of this research were analysed by ANOVA­one way and linier regression. ANOVA­one way gave the significance of Fstatistik 167.095 and 3.457 for Ftabel , by using of regresi obtained LC50 at concentration 38.641% srikaya leaf decoction. The conclusion of this research to know the larvacide effect of srikaya leaf decoction to Aedes sp larvae with 40% for LC50.
