Abstract

Scheme of job station cover arrangement of facilitys to specify station work by considering stream evacuation of job facility and materials. From result of perception, location of facility function produce and materials stream in PT. Pelangi of Lawang especially at part of weave less efficient, this matter seen Material distance of Handling become length and finally cause its castaway of time and result operator become quickerly of fatigue Repair of station work this done with analysis scheme of station work ergonomis to obtain;get new job station which is ergonomis so that can lessen tired factor at weave machine operator. From result of analysis scheme of station work this ergonomic, is obtained by proposal for repair at change of distance, that is distance intake of previous boom 10 metre become 2,5 distance and metre intake of previous pallet 8 metre now become 2,5 metre. Proposal to give appliance assist in the form of chair sit so that balmier operator at the time of checking and await process weave hinggga finish and give appliance assist in the form of small chair for stepping to assist operator reach at the time of installation of boom, and gun of skoci. Is thereby expected by new job station proposal which is this ergonomis can be utilized alternatively to reorganize facility situation produce in PT. Pelangi Of Lawang.
