Abstract

Electricity consumption in indonesia every year continues to increase which is in line with the increase in economic growth. Domestic energy needs will also increase and result in a depletion of fossil fuels and high costs. Therefore, environmentally friendly and cheap alternative energy is needed from the river on jl. Sampoerna is a stable cemoro village that has the potential to become a microhydro power plant (PLTMH), which is one of the alternative forms of energy that rama the environment. In the planning of pltmh will be in the bendung with a length of 2m, height 1m and width of the plan 2m with a rinsing door width of 76cm with an estimated power generated of 500 Watts with a water flow speed of 0.226 m² and a running water capacity of 31.3539 m³/s
