This study is case study in PT. Pandu Wira by title: ”Marketing Strategy to Wood Handicarft Firm of PT. Pandu Wira of Bojonegoro Regency”. The goal of this study is to know application of the right marketing strategy to wood handicarft firm of PT. Pandu Wira of Bojonegoro Regency to increase selling volume. The analysis method which be used to know application of the right marketing strategy to wood handicarft firm of PT. Pandu Wira of Bojonegoro Regency used SWOT analysis. Thee analysis result by using SWOT analysis is gained that analysis result of external environment cover: training (+), showbiz (+), credit (+), brand listing (+), inflation degree (+), economic growing (+), increasing of people total (+) technology (+), competitor (-), supplier (-). While the result of internal environment : product brand (+), form (0), quality (0), discount (+), selling price (+) credit (+), advertisement (+), personal selling (+) promotion selling (+), agency (-) transportation (+) Based on the analysis above may be concluded that tht right strategy used that strategy of market penetration, by carrying out cooperation with supplier especially forest department along with effective and increase agency or product distribution. Based on the conclusion above so writer give suggestion, such as: it is hoped firm do market research, firm carry out cooperation with supplier especially forest department along increase effectiveness and increase agency or product distribution.
