Abstract

One of key in developing efficient and effective organization is the organization how to apply the human resource because labour is activator factor from overall of activity. Construction and exploiting of human resource maximumly will be able to yield labour that is with quality healthy physical and also bounces and high skill. Side that is very important satisfaction problem in a company and how getting the picture the difficult requirement and satisfaction , because if realized employee will feel paid attention by company so that its the claim will become a requirement for itself employee and that thing also able to influence their commitment to itself works, and willingness to work is better causing is created creativity and flexibility. Therefore leader must thought and realizes how job satisfaction of employee can motivate for itself employee. Intention of this research is to know job satisfaction factor consisted of by opportunity to go forward, job activity security and safety, salary, observation, working condition, work intrinsic factor, communications, facility, to know job satisfaction factor consisted of by opportunity to go forward, job activity security and safety, salary, observation, working condition, work intrinsic factor, communications, facility influential to job satisfaction of employee, and know which variable gives the biggest contribution to job satisfaction of employee in CV. Rizky Mandiri Sidoarjo. Its the data collecting technique using questionaire, interview, and observation. As for data analytical technique utilized is doubled linear regression test which its the purpose to look for or calculates are there influence or job satisfaction factor not consisted of by opportunity to go forward, job activity security and safety, salary, observation, working condition, work intrinsic factor, communications, facility to job satisfaction of employee in CV. Rizky Mandiri Sidoarjo Result of this research mentions there are influence signifikan opportunity to go forward, job activity security and safety, salary, observation, working condition, work intrinsic factor, communications, facility to job satisfaction where regression test result in simultan it is known that F calculate is obtained by 12,965 bigger than table F values 2,321 thereby hence hypothesis received. Factor giving the biggest contribution to job satisfaction is salary, where rate of return t calculate 3,319.
