Abstract

The Company of Triplek "Langgeng" is a peripatetic company in the field of making of Triplek. From historical data, volume sale of product of triplek " Langgeng" tend to to experience of degradation per month for last period of year 2007. Beside that, The Company given on to the problem of emulation of effort which so tighten. In this case, The company of Triplek " Langgeng" wish to develop its effort with all existing resource to get maximal advantage. To overcome the problems needed by strategy alternatives development of effort by considering various economic and technical aspect and also factor of eksternal and is internal of company with analysis of SWOT. As reference in decision making to chosen strategy alternatives development of the effort use Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making ( Fuzzy MADM). From result of analysis of SWOT with Internal-Eksternal Matrik, position The company of Triplek " Langgeng" residing in cell of II with total value of mean deliberated by IFE 2,85 and total value of mean deliberated by EFE 3,05 which is depicted at condition of Growth. So that strategy alternatives development of most precise effort for The company is Market Penetration Strategy, Market Development Strategy, Product Development Strategy.. From result of analysis of SWOT above, then conducted by calculation use Fuzzy MADM to chosen most precise strategy alternative in development of effort in The company of Triplek " Langgeng". From result of calculation, hence chosen strategy alternative for the development of effort in The Company of Triplek " Langgeng" is Product Development Strategy.
