Abstract

Keywords: Production Process, School On Action Agropolitan Television (ATV) is a local television didrikan and managed by the department of Communication Information and Library (infokompus) City of Stone. Amid the supporting facilities and infrastructure limitations, ATV trying to produce a variety of information and entertainment programs packaged in an interesting way to meet the demands of its audience. This makes the writer is interested to conduct research at a UK event leading ATV. The author took the title of "analysis of the pre production, production, post-production" School programs On Action (SOA) in Agropolitan Television (ATV). Assuming that the School On Action provides entertainment and hone the power of creativity to the viewers, especially young people. From the above background it can be taken formulation of the problem is how the process of pre production, production and post production courses School On Action (SOA) in Agropolitan TV (ATV). The purpose of this research is to know how the process of pre production, production and post roduksi On Action School event. The research method used in research is a qualitative approach, which this approach as the research procedures that produce data orally from people and behaviors that can be observed sources of information here is the crew that follows the process of pre production, production to post-production On the Action School event or using the technique total .. sampling of data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. While the analysis used is domain analysis is to obtain the understanding of a general nature and relatively thorough assessment of the production process of programs ranging from pre-production, production, post-production to School programs On Action. The research results are obtained that the production process On the Action School event consists of three phases, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. The process begins with the idea of pre-production, research, hunting, making synopsis, proposal, check and richek, treatment and scenario. And next is the production process where the plan is realized in the form of text into audio-visual form by doing the shooting field. Logging is also included in the production process where the image selection made. While post-production process begins with making editing scripts, editing off line, on line editing, mixing, and previews. Implementation of the production process event School On Action applied to multi-skill crew, this is due to limited facilities and infrastructure owned. In the event production process at School Action On ATV significant results with the format of the SOP as a reference in carrying out the activities contained in each stage of the production process event School On Action. SOP concept largely in accordance with the steps in production processes On the Action School event. Although there are several steps SOP do not exist in the event School On Action. From the results of the study authors have suggested that the recommendations are reviewed in terms of quality human resources are still relatively less qualified because many crews are set not in accordance with their fields and educated under the SI. So that one of the development and improvement of human resources that can be done is to provide training and courses.
