The research was survey where the research did observation in data collection which was done in Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri titled “Stressor influence to the work-stress and employee performance at Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri” The research aimed to find out work stressor, work stress, and employee performance at Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri. To find out work-stressor has significant influence to the employee work-stress, find out which stressor variable influenced most the employee work stress at Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri and also find out whether work stress has significant influence to the work performance at Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri. Analytical tool used in this research was the scale rate and multiple linear regression. From the analysis, there could be found that work-stressor of the employee in Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri included stressor on the job and stressor off the job was considered low. The condition has proven that all work which was done shouldn’t be too much load and could be able to be finished well by the company or what happened outside the work. Work-stress of the production department employee was low. Work performance of the production department was high. Multiple linear regression analysis found that stressor on the job and stressor off the job had significant influence to the work-stress of the production employee in Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri. Regression coefficient of the production department employee of Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri had significant influence to the employee work performance of production department employee of Susu Sapi Anugerah Company – Kediri. Advice given to the company were hoped that the management to do good approach to the employee. Giving good work condition which were hoped to conclude all problems related with the employee existence in the company so that it wouldn’t inhibited the activities done in the company. Management was hoped to give proportional time in work conclusion so that the employee would able to finish the work as the rule stated.
