Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility level of the household industry of traditional tool woven sarong in Gedangkulut Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency using a business or project evaluation approach. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The sample used was 14 respondents. This research uses primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used is a micro approach with the formula π = TR - TC, benefit cost ratio, paybeck period and net present value. The results show that the characteristics of the business have not implemented administration, meaning that personal finance is still integrated with business finance, many entrepreneurs do not have a business license, there is no business organization structure and the results of the business feasibility calculation show the amount of profit of Rp. 350.010.746.504 for 5 years from 14 business units, the result of the method b / c ratio is Rp. 81.76, which means the business is feasible to run, the paybeck period is obtained by an average payback period of less than one year which means good business, the net present value is obtained with a positive number of Rp. 1.586.915.418 which means the investment is accepted.
