Rubbish is problem in big city like that in Malang City. The problem of rubbish often happen when moving from TPS (place to throw in moment) to TPA (place to last throw) in order word the problem is transporting system. Malang city are divide five districts and for Blimbing district are divided 11 village. For some village are spreaded 18 TPS which mean have 18 transport rute of rubbish everyday. For collecting system and to be continued transporting rubbish to TPA need cost namely operational cost. Operational cost of transport of rubbist transporter constituted some money which be spent by management of rubbish transporting for every range thus to know operational cost in transporting system from TPS to TPA may be calculated spending cost to transporting of rubbish every TPS. The analysis of operational cost of rubbish transporter in Blimbing district to know how much operational cost of transport (BOK) to transporting system from TPS of Blimbing to TPA of Supiturang. One of calculation method of operational cost of transport (BOK) by using formulation of PCI Inc Tokyo Jepang by using mean of journey speed. Based on the the biggest of operational cost of transport is TPS of Kesatrian by range about 8.60 km, have timing about ± 19 minute, speead 26,90 km/hour and the operational cost of transport is Rp. 4.984,495 / Km, the second is TPS Juanda by range about 9.70 km, have timing about ± 22 minute, speead 25,76 km/hour and the operationa cost of transaport is Rp. 4.788,100/km. Third TPS of tenaga by range about 11.50 km, have timing about ± 19 minute, speead 36,90 km/hour and operational cost of transport is Rp. 4.108,898/km. And then the smallest of operational cost in TPS of cakalang by range about 14.60 km, have timing about ± 24 minute, speead 37,25 km/hour and operational cost of transport is Rp. 2.890,248 / Km.
