Health and safety job at the company purpose to make their employee to be prosperous and increase their performance. The employee prosperity represent one purpose to be achieved in the business includes entrepreuner, employee, and government official who manage human resources at the main duty. Thinking about philosophy-based about human as center who determines reaching organization goal was implemented with paid attention of the employee right as workers who need to be protected. The objective of the health and safety job implementation at the company among others increase job desire, job harmonious, and job participation would be effect at the employee performance. The objective of this research was to know implementation of health and safety job at the mill part employee PG. Pesantren Baru Kediri, to know and analyze the effect of health and safety job implementation to the mill part employee performance PG. Pesantren Baru Kediri, and to know which one more effect between safety implementation and health implementation to the employee performance at mill part PG. Pesantren Baru Kediri. In the research method used survey method and data analysis was conducted by scale distance analysis, double regression analysis, and hyphotesis test through F test and t test. Based on the research result indicated that implementation of the job safety at PG. Pesantren Baru kediri was good. It was refleted for manager supported, manager controlled, controlling periodically form staff, standardization of the factory safety and job equipment, training, education, periodic evaluation, intensiveness of the company held contest about job safety and job health and socialization of job safety to the employee. The implementation of job health of PG. Pesantren Baru Kediri was good. It reflected from attention of the company to environment, health insurance, health checking on the job, health checking periodically, spiritual illumination and good human relations. Performance of mill part employee was good. It was reflected from carefulness of employee, minimize mistake on the job, work as a target, discipline on the job time, and ready to work overtime. Variable of job safety implementation and job health implementation overall (simultaneous)or partial had significant effect to the employee performance. It was proved from Fcount value 41,305 > Ftable 3,32 dan nilai tcount value variable of job safety implementation 3,944 > ttable 2,021 and tcount value variable of job job health implementation 2,754 > ttable 2,021. The research result indicated that variable of job safety implementation represent stronger effect variable to the employee performance, indicated form regression coefficient value of job safety implementation variable of 0,398 bigger than regression coefficient value of job health implementation variable of 0,286.
