The research takes places in a furniture company named PT. Warisan Eurindo Banyuwangi. This company is a company that religion foreign capital that focus on furniture export oriented production with the raw material of 80% teak wood, mahogany, and 10% of other material like timber wood, sonokeling, coconut tree, and bamboo, with the export destination of USA, Europe, Middle East, Japan, and Korea. Until today the strategy used by PT. Warisan Eurindo is a concentrated development strategy. It is a strategy which develops one kind of product (furniture) by using a certain different kind of technology in one spesific market. This research is done to measure the ethos of the company with the basic of Balanced Scorecard that is produced by PT. Warisan Eurindo, in order to know the ethos of the company we measure it by using perspective in Balanced Scorecard. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The research does not test a hypothesis, it ones describe the data that has been gathered, analized , concluded, and evaluated. This research use variables that can be focused in 4 perspective in Balanced Scorecard. Moreover, to learn the ethos of the company clearly, other way of analysis BCG Growth Share Matrik is also used. Indicator that is used to find the ethos in the financial perspective is, Return On Investment (ROI), Profit Margin, dan Growth Rate In Sales. The analysis device used to find the ethos in the customer perspective is, Customer Retetion, Number Of New Customer, On Time Delivery dan Number Of New Complain. The analysis tools used to learn the ethos in the perspective of internal bussiness is, Cycle Time, Yield Rate dan Idle Capacity. The analysis tools used to know the ethos in the learning and development perspective is, Employee Productivity, Employee Turnover, Employee Training dan Absenteeism. In the models of analysis BCG Growth Share Matrik the measurement can be from the development of company market and relative market. From the result of measuring the ethos of the company, it can be concluded that the analysis of the 4 perspective is good. Moreover, the development of the company market and the relative market indicate a good result, because almost all of the target and goal that is intended by the company can be reach. In facing the posiiton and condition in the company so that it can be a good ethos, especialy to face the tight competition therefore the strategy, that is suitables is adevelopment strategy by enlarging the market and strategy maintaning and expanding the company market.
