Lake of Ranu Pani and lake of Ranu Regulo represent lake owning nature which enough draw to reside in at height 2.220, located at Sub Province of Lumajang. Every entry of water to lake Ranu Pani and lake Ranu Regulo give influence differ to factor of fisika-kimia lake so that have an effect on to varierty, overflows, and distribution of zooplankton. This research aim to to know variety, overflows, and distribution of zooplankton in lake of Ranu Pani and lake of Ranu Regulo Sub-Province of Lumajang at station, and different time and also to know variety relation and overflows of zooplankton to quality of lake water of Ranu Pani and lake of Ranu Regulo Sub-Province of Lumajang. Research method is descriptive method of eksploratif. Place and research time executed in Laboratory Fishery University of Muhammadiyah Malang, on 5 to 26 januari 2008. this Research population is all zooplankton in lake of Ranu Pani and lake of Ranu Regulo Sub-Province of Lumajang. While research sampel is zooplankton in (superficiality area, human being activity, area still experience of lake of Ranu Pani and lake of Ranu Regulo) and when morning, noon, and evening. Technics data analysis of variety and overflows zooplankton use Analysis of Regresi Linear. Pursuant to result of research can be concluded that zooplankton in lake of Ranu Pani found 19 species of zooplankton and in lake of Ranu Regulo found 14 species of zooplankton. There are difference of variety, overflows, and distribution of zoplankton at every time and station watch in lake of Ranu Pani and lake of Ranu Regulo Sub-Province of Lumajang. Result of test is quality of water indicate that the make-up of the quality of water have positive correlation with value make an index to overflows and variety in lake of Ranu Pani Lumajang, while in lake of Ranu Regulo Lumajang is quality of water have negative correlation to with value make an index to overflows and variety of zooplankton.
