Abstract

Keywords: kepemimpimpinan style, work performance, employees Do this kind of research is the survey research, where researchers conducted observations in the data collected on the "Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar road Mandala Tidar Peak No. 2 Malang with research title is:" The Effect of Leadership Style on Job Performance of Employees Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang " The purpose of this study is the first to know the leadership style applied in Pitstop Pool & Coffebar Malang. Second, to determine employees' performance at the Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang. Third to determine the effect of leadership style on employees' performance at the Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang. The usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for companies to input to the company for more attention to attitude and leadership style and the material evaluation of leadership styles that have been implemented so far, in order to pursue employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The calculation result the average range of leadership behavior scale variable rate of 95.13 obtained by the task which means that the leadership style on task behavior Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang entry in the high category. Concerning the behavior of the leadership variables obtained value of 81.8 which means that the style of leadership behavior on Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang included in the low category. Based on the average performance variable scale ranges obtained a value of 111.83 indicating that employees' performance at the Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang into the category of very high. The result of the calculation of the scale range can be concluded that good leadership style of leadership behavior and leadership behavior of the task at Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang namely instruction. The result of multiple linear regression analysis has been done it can be seen that partially and simultaneously it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of leadership style on employees' performance at the Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang. The results prove that the regression coefficient behavior of the leadership styles have a greater influence on employees' performance at the Pitstop Pool & Coffeebar Malang compared the leadership styles of behavior tugas.Beberapa advice given to the company that is expected to head the company always tries to give good direction to employees in carrying out activities or tasks that must be resolved. Expected for the leader of the company to try to provide support for activities undertaken by employees. Form of such support is to always be willing to provide assistance, both technical and nontechnical if there are employees who have difficulty in carrying out its duties.
