Abstract

Research type doing this is research survey, where researcher does observation in data collecting done at The Institute of Education Primagama (PRIMAGAMA branch Trenggalek, branch Tulungagung and branch Blitar) with research title that is: "Leadership Style Influence to Motivation of Employee Job at The Institute of Education Primagama (Case Study at Primagama branch Trenggalek, branch Tulungagung and branch Blitar). Purpose of this research: firstly, to know leadership style at The Institute of Education Primagama (Primagama branch Trenggalek, branch Tulungagung and branch Blitar). Second, to know is with the leadership style influential significant at motivation of employee job at The Institute of Education Primagama (Primagama branch Trenggalek, branch Tulungagung, branch Blitar). As for research usefulness which wish to be reached especially for company, can be made information material, consideration and evaluation by company in taking position and decision in problem relating to motivation of job is more accurately during which will come to increase success of company. Analyzer applied in the research that is by using doubled scale spread and linear regression. Based on result of calculation knowable scale spread that leadership style tends to leading to directive leadership style, supportive, participative and orients at achievement of admission in categorizing height, result of comparison of knowable scale spread that leadership style applied in instituting education Primagama (Primagama branch Trenggalek, branch Tulungagung, branch Blitar) be participative. Motivation of employee job at The Institute of Education of Primagama branch Trenggalek, Tulungagung and Blitar admission in high category, based on result of doubled linear regression analysis that has been done shows leadership style to have significant influence to motivation of employee job at The Institute of Education of Primagama branch Trenggalek, Tulungagung and Blitar. Some suggestions given to company that is expected leader trying to involve the employees in decision making to policy which will be applied in company and always considers opinion, suggestion and idea of the employees in process of policy retrieval which will be applied the. Expected company leader always gives guide to the employees so that they can work maximum in company. Head of company expected to gives support from to activity done the employees. Form of the support from that is behaving openly to offer good help technically and technical xenon if there is employee who is finding difficulties in implementing the activity
