Orientation agencies on overseas markets are turbulent and competitive, demanding that the company was able to build competitive advantage. Transnational operations require recruitment agency able to provide product and services in accordance with international service standards and are always responsive to changes in the multilateral regulation and global economic conditions that could threaten at any time. Agencies should be able to build core competencies, continuous improvement and directed, as well as build strategic steps measured. For these needs requires management firm performance measures and appropriate wider. Kaplan and Norton Balanced Scorecard as a tool offering a strategic planning tool as well as a comprehensive corporate performance measurement. Based on the above problem description, formulation of the set of researchers is "What are the indicators involved four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard is appropriate for PT Megah Utama Kriya Nugraha and how is its performance when measured using the Balanced Scorecard?" PT Megah Utama Kriya Nugraha in the study period are implementing a growth strategy (growth) through concentration via horizontal integration. The right size at 4 Balanced Scorecard is the first perspective, financial perspective that is Return on Investment (ROI), and Revenue Growth. Second, the customer perspective, ie customer retention and customer Acquistion. Third, internal business process perspective, ie Service error rate, Service unhandled error, error rate & Minimize rework (MERR), Effectiveness of Classroom, Full allocation. Fourth, the number of new service products, Employee Retention, Employee Training, and Absenteeism. All indicators are then determined using the method of weight Hierarchy Process Analysis (Analysis Hierarchy Process / AHP). Within the last 3 years, performance measurement results show the ability to use resources owned companies to increase keutungan of revenues generated. Although time has decreased performance in 2003, in 2004 PT. Megah Utama Kriya Nugraha able to rise from adversity and change the condition and gain a big advantage. Scorecatd balanced measurement method capable of detecting the causes of performance degradation caused by the decline in the performance of the customer perspective and internal business processes due to lack of employee empowerment which is owned by the company.
