The aim of this research is to study the difference between the successful of develop on fruit without seed or less seed in Red Prince grape variety (BS 89) because GA3 liquid treatment with any concentrations, to study the difference of effect from each GA3 liquid concentrations to yield quantity on Red Prince grape variety (BS 89), and also to study the difference of effect from each GA3 liquid concentrations to yield quality on Red Prince grape variety (BS 89). The research was conducted at Sejahtera grape group farmer farm on Ketapang, District of Kademangan, Probolinggo City and THP laboratory of UMM agriculture faculty, from May until September 2007. The experiment was arranged in a block random design with 1 factor, it is consist of 10 levels concentration of GA3. The tried factors are: L0 (without GA3), L1 (with GA3 25 ppm), L2 (with GA3 50 ppm), L3 (with GA3 75 ppm), L4 (with GA3100 ppm), L5 (with GA3 125 ppm), L6 (with GA3 150 ppm), L7 (with GA3 175 ppm), L8 (with GA3 200 ppm), and L9 (with GA3 225 ppm). Each repeated 3 times and every restating grouped pursuant to diameter size measure branch grapevine. Every treatment taken 2 fruit bunch samples. The observation started after GA3 treatment on age 28 days after pruning. The Variables perceived consist of numbers of seeds every berries, numbers of flower clusters, numbers of bloom flowers, numbers of fruit bunch, numbers of growth berries each bunch, total of fruit bunch the harvested, total of berries harvested each bunch fruit, long and berries diameter, fruit bunch weight, berries weight, total of intact fruit/bunch, total of rotten fruit or destroy/bunch, reduce sugar fruit content (%), vitamin rate of C fruit (mg/100ml), and test of fruit organoleptic. Pursuant to analysis test level t 1% and 5% showing the existence of real influence and very real to all observation age and variable, do well by fruits and flower forming, and also the quality of yielded fruit. Based to t test at average each variable indicate that treatment of spraying of concentration of GA3 have an effect on very real to flower variables (numbers of flower clusters, numbers of bloom flowers) and fruit variables (numbers of fruit bunch, numbers of growth berries each bunch). Spray of GA3 at concentration 150 ppm in the reality can yield the numbers of flower clusters at age 28 days after pruning, while at age 38 days after pruning is numbers of highest flower clusters reached by concentration of GA3 50 ppm. Besides can improve flower clusters, treatment of concentration of GA3 also can lengthen bunch of flower cluster. At concentration of GA3 200 ppm yield the numbers of bloom flowers highest at 28 and 38 days after pruning. While concentration of GA3 50 ppm have an effect on very real to numbers of fruit bunch at age 6 and 17 weeks after pruning. At concentration of GA3 75 ppm yield the numbers of growth berries each bunch at age 6 weeks after pruning highest. But happened degradation at age 17 MSR, so that the numbers of growth berries each bunch reached without concentration of GA3 ( Control). Treatment of concentration of GA3 50 ppm and 75 ppm can eliminate seed which formed in fruit, treatment of concentration of GA3 50 ppm yield the total of fruit bunch the harvested highest. While total of berries harvested each bunch fruit highest yielded without concentration of GA3 (Control). Highest fruit bunch weight reached without concentration of GA3 (Control). Total of rotten fruit or destroy/bunch of reached by lowest of GA3 50 ppm. Vitamin rate of C fruit of lowest at concentration of GA3 50 ppm. At organoleptic test to flavor score, juicy level and colour fruit high scoring from responder or panelist to give concentration of GA3 75 ppm, while score of highest shape fruit reached by concentration of GA3 150 ppm.
