Abstract

Keywords: Organizational Culture, Performance This study is a survey with the heading "EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE PG Rejo NEW SUPREME MADIUN". The purpose of this study was to determine the image characteristics of the organizational culture of risk taking, attention to details, outcome orientation and the orientation of the existing team in New PG Rejo Agung Madiun, to determine the employee's performance New PG Rejo Agung Madiun and to know the characteristics of organizational culture influence significant impact on employee performance PG Rejo Agung Madiun New The analysis tools are a range of scales and multiple linear regression. While hypothesis test using the F test and t test Characteristics of organizational culture that exist in New PG Rejo Agung Madiun which consists of taking risks is weak, the attention of detail is strong, the result is a strong orientation and team orientation is strong, this is indicated on the count of scale with the value of the variable risk-taking score of 120 which located on the rating scale of weak, attention to detail of 137 who are on a strong rating scale, orientation yield was 158.5 which is in a strong rating scale and orientation of the team at 153.5 which is in a strong rating scale. Employee Performance New PG Rejo Agung Madiun included in the high category with variable score of 140.8. Characteristics of organizational culture of risk aversion (X1), attention to detail (X2), results orientation (X3) and team orientation (X4) has a significant influence on employee performance New PG Rejo Agung Madiun It is proven through testing to determine the effect F simultaneously resulting calculated F value of 34.832> F table at 3.23. Partially also showed a significant effect evidenced by the results of t test resulted t value of 3.947 (risk taking), 3.711 (attention to detail), 4.813 (results orientation) and 2.586 (team orientation) with besrnya influence given to that variable for risk-taking 0.385, 0.451 of variables of attention of detail, variable orientation yield was 0.498, and 0.401 for the variable orientation of the team is bigger than t table value 2.021. Through the calculation of the partial r value for the variable orientation known results (X3) of 0.587 is greater than the value for other variables. So that it can be seen that the orientation of the (X1) are stronger influence than in other cultural characteristics. From these results the company should give more flexibility to employees to take risk-taking culture that is through freedom for employees to try new things. In addition, management should also be more able to tolerate a risk
